Fragme.pk offers international shipping to ensure our high-quality fragrances reach customers worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Once an order is placed, we provide tracking details so you can monitor your shipment. While we strive for timely delivery, delays due to customs or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

At Fragme.pk, we take pride in offering high-quality, long-lasting perfumes and attars. Our fragrances are made with premium ingredients, ensuring a lasting effect of more than 12 hours under normal conditions. However, fragrance longevity may vary depending on skin type, weather, and personal application. To maximize the lasting effect, apply the perfume on pulse points such as the wrists, neck, and behind the ears. If you experience any concerns regarding fragrance longevity, feel free to contact our support team for guidance.

return and refund

We strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of perfumes and attars, returns are only accepted in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you receive a faulty or wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos/videos as proof.
  2. Verification Process: Our team will review the claim and confirm eligibility for a return or refund.
  3. Return Shipping: If approved, we will provide return instructions. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund or send a replacement as per your preference.

Note:

  • Fragrance preferences (personal liking/disliking of a scent) do not qualify for returns.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 days after approval.

Money Back Warranty

At Fragme.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a money-back warranty for products that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description. To request a refund, customers must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product and provide necessary proof, such as photos or videos. Refunds will be processed after verification, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method. This policy does not cover used, opened, or intentionally damaged products. Fragme.pk reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not meet the stated conditions.
